It is so easy to give free advice.
The other day I was giving a friend tips on how to lose weight, until I realised I wasnt following any of that advice myself.
So starting Monday, I've decided to seriously practise what I preach and stick to a diet. No wait, I wont call it a diet, because that somehow becomes more difficult to follow. Instead, it will be called healthy eating, one day at a time.
Needless to say, this weekend, I went overboard on the sweet stuff, but that's all going to change from tomorrow.
The plan is to indulge in small, healthy snacks throughout the day and lots of fresh fruit and salads which will help keep the hunger pangs at bay. What is important is to zip your lips by 7p.m....no food intake after that.
Even more important than that is exercise and drinking lots and lots of water. However what's got me a bit worried is when I heard that two hundred crunches daily and brisk walking, will get you looking fighting fit.
But I am all set and raring to go....any takers on the healthy eating challenge?
